Paper Types
These can be ordered individually or prepared in an album or photobook.
Lustre Paper
Slightly textured with a soft, semi-matte finish. Lustre prints are resistant to fingerprints and scratches, making them a durable, affordable choice.

Pearl Paper
A subtle gloss that brings out stronger, brighter, and more vibrant colours than lustre. A good middle ground between durability and colour punch.

Gloss Paper
Super glossy with the most vibrant colours and highest contrast. Gloss prints are visually striking but fragile — prone to glare, fingerprints, and scratches. Best suited for controlled lighting environments.

Smooth Art Paper
Matte, velvety finish with no texture. Ideal for minimalistic or fine art images where detail and tone are the focus. Non-reflective and great for framing behind glass.

Rough Art Paper
Heavily textured, matte surface. Adds a tactile, painterly feel that pairs well with black & white, moody landscapes, or anything that benefits from an organic, artistic look.

Framed Prints Options
Start by selecting your preferred paper type from the options listed above. The chosen image will be mounted onto a durable 3mm backing board. This mounted print can be purchased on its own—ideal if you already have a frame at home.
Next, choose whether you’d like your print to have a border or be borderless. You can also decide whether to include a window mat, which adds a classic gallery feel, or opt for a cleaner look with the print sitting directly behind the acrylic glazing.
For the frame itself, you have two style categories:
Smooth finishes: White, Black, Oak, Mahogany, or Mocha
Textured finishes: Teak, Walnut, or Coffee
- Custom options: Looking for something specific? I can source other wood types upon request
All frame styles are priced equally, so you can choose based on the aesthetic that best suits your space.
From top to bottom: Coffee, Walnut, Teak, Mocha, Mahogany, Oak, White, and Black.

Example Frames

Solid Block Displays
Each print is created using the Lustre Paper shown above, which is then coated in a sand textured laminate to protect the print and make it easy to clean with minimal risk of damaging the surface.
The sand textured laminate gives the image an amazing and unique pearl look, while the high-quality lustre paper gives the image an excellent colour depth with deeper blacks.
The paper is then mounted on a 15mm Black, White, or Wooden Mount, with hooks on the backside so it arrives ready-to-hang.

Aluminium Displays
Aluminium prints are stunning, modern, and have a high gloss finish.
They are printed on metallic printing paper using ultra chrome inks, which is then heat-infused onto an aluminium surface.
The result is a thin and lightweight display – perfect for printing large. I love it, and I highly recommend printing on aluminium!

Acrylic Displays
Acrylic prints are the best display option available today. It has been extremely popular in North America and Europe, and i’m extremely glad to find a company that can produce it in Australia.
Printed on Kodak’s Endura Metallic paper, each print is face-mounted between optically clear acrylic and an aluminium backing.
An aluminium sub-frame is then attached to the backing so it is ready-to-hang. While the metallic printing paper gives the image a stronger, brighter, and more vibrant look, the Acrylic covering gives the image an almost three-dimensional look. The result is simply breathtaking.

Canvas Displays
When looking for canvas displays, there are three things you should be looking for in a canvas producer; printer quality, materials used, and method. Streets Imaging in Brisbane uses the very best of all of three. They print using an Epson 9990, use a 400gsm Genuine Giclee Professional Edition Canvas, spray with UV protective Satin Liquid Laminate, stretch by hand, and guarantee an archival life of 100 years!
Your canvas display options include going wrapped, framed, or float framed:
Wrapped Canvas Display
Can be white-borded or have the image stretched like this example:

Framed Canvas Displays
Streets Imaging mount the canvas to a 3 mm substrate, and frame it to the same selection of frames listed above. This is the perfect choice if you want a canvas print but prefer not to wrap the canvas around a wooden mount. This is also the perfect way to frame a print if you desire a matte and non reflective finish. Not only that, but unlike other framed matte print finishes that are left exposed – this canvas is coated with a satin UV protective coating which protects the surface and makes it super easy to clean!

Float Framed Canvas Displays
Floating frames are a luxurious finish for a canvas print. They give the finished artwork additional depth and the added choice of finish that allows you to tie the piece into the design of the room perfectly. With the highest quality of craftsmanship by Streets Image, an exhibition wrapped canvas print is mounted 5 mm from the frames edge so the wrap remains visible. This is a beautiful, modern and premium quality addition to the traditional canvas print.
